Parachute fun with Mrs Hunt
Whilst Year 2 were at swimming, we had lots of fun playing with the parachute. We worked super hard and were very tired at the end.

We had a fantastic morning learning a dance choreographed by Elizabethan Academy staff, to the music from The Greatest Showman.
To Infinity and Beyond.........
Class 1's topic this term is SPACE.
We are officially astronauts in training and we cannot wait for the adventure ahead.
We're going to be learning all about the planets in the Solar System, famous astronauts such as Tim Peake and Neil Armstrong and we're even going to be building our own moon buggies.
So watch out....Class 1's astronauts are about!

AUTUMN TERM
2018
This term class 1 are learning about 'PIRATES'.
We are really excited to be learning about how pirates lived, what jobs they had and even what it was like to be marooned on a desert island.

Here we are trying Tai Chi out with F2. It was super relaxing!
In English, we've been learning all about BOSSY VERBS. We practiced using them in pairs. It was lots of fun being bossy! We're going to be using them to write instructions on how to make pizzas soon.

Here we are on an Autumn Walk ...After our walk we wrote some beautiful acrostic poems about Autumn. We were really proud of them!
Class 1 went on a voyage in our pirate ship. It wasn't long before we were shipwrecked on a desert island!
