SCHOOL CLOSURES
There may be times when the school needs to be closed at short notice e.g. in the case of bad weather or emergency maintenance issues.
Any school closure will be carefully considered and a decision will be made based upon the health and safety of the children, parents and staff. This may be getting to and from school and/or being in the school building.
We will endeavour to notify parents and carers as soon as possible by text and/or email and on the school website to enable you to make the necessary child care arrangements. The local radio station may also be used for notifications.
Please ensure that if you change your mobile telephone number/email address, you give this updated information to the school office as soon as possible.
